The Croatan Surf Club townhomes are luxury and comfort defined. This Outer Banks oceanfront complex features amenities for everyone in your group including an oceanfront pool, in ground spa and "spray ground" for the kids. The oceanfront gazebo is the perfect place to sit and watch the waves crash and the birds fly over the beach. There is also a private walkway to the beach.

The indoor, heated pool and spa are open year 'round; perfect for those cool nights on the Outer Banks. A game room with arcade games and an exercise room are on premises too. Don't worry about lugging groceries and luggage up the steps ...there are three elevators for the building. Covered parking is available (two cars per unit) and overflow parking is also available.

This two story townhome has three bedrooms and three full baths. Two of the bedrooms are masters (private bath attached). Amenities include an electric fireplace, four TVs, four DVD players and a stereo system and three terraces. Granite countertops and stainless appliances are standard for the kitchen. Wireless internet access is furnished--please bring your own laptop computer. Kids will enjoy the foosball table in the pyramid bedroom.

Beds: 2 kings, 1 pyramid bunk, two rollaways and queen sleep sofa in the living area. All the bed linens and towels are provided and the beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of paper products and soaps is provided for you.

No smoking, please. Pets are not permitted. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer.

Nearby are two grocery stores open year 'round; Harris-Teeter and Food Lion. There are many excellent restaurants just a short drive away...these include Red Drum, Mama Kwans, The Kill Devil Grill and Goombays. JK's and Prime Only are also closeby. Nearby attractions iinclude Jockey's Ridge and the Wright Brothers Memorial. A day trip to Roanoke Island is always a good idea...here you can walk on the waterfront, shop in the unique and locally owned "one of a kind" shops in downtown Manteo and visit the Elizabethan Gardens. The Lost Colony Outdoor Drama is always a family favorite.

Some particulars: Saturday check in day. Located near Mile Post 7.5 on the Beach Road in Kill Devil Hills. KDH Reserve faces south and provides a partial/side view of the ocean.

The pools are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and lockers are available on the ground level for individual use, please bring your own lock.
